Once an appointment is made, we reserve staff, treatment materials, specialized equipment, and a treatment chair specifically for each patient.
For this reason, a cancellation fee will be charged for same-day cancellations.

■ No-Show (No Notice) Cancellations
If an appointment is canceled without prior notice, a fee of ¥1,100 per appointment will be charged.
Payment will be collected at your next visit.

■ Patients Receiving Private (Non-Insurance) Treatment
If a patient receiving private (non-insurance) treatment cancels on the same day or does not show up without notice, a fee of ¥3,300 per appointment will be charged.
Payment will be collected at your next visit.

■ Repeated No-Show Cancellations
If a patient fails to attend an appointment without notice three times, we reserve the right to refuse future treatment at our clinic.
Same-day appointment changes made by phone are also considered same-day cancellations.
Changes to the appointment time on the same day are free of charge only if an available time slot exists.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and kindly ask that you contact us by the previous business day if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late Arrival Policy

● If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled in order to avoid delays for other patients.

● If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation or rescheduling, and a cancellation fee will apply.

If you expect to be late for your appointment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
