​当院の対応について

　ご予約頂きますと、患者様に合わせ、スタッフ・治療粗材・専用機器・施術チェアを確保いたします。

つきましては、ご予約の当日キャンセルは理由の如何を問わずキャンセル料のご負担をお願いいたします。

 

※ご予約当日のお電話での予約日変更も含みます。

※同日での予約日時変更は料金はかかりませんが枠が空いている場合のみとなります。

皆様には大変ご迷惑をおかけ致しますが、

前日まで(営業日)にご連絡頂きますようお願い申し上げます。

前日までのキャンセル：料金はかかりません。

当日キャンセル:：キャンセル料 【3,300円/回】を頂きます。

無断キャンセル：キャンセル料 【3,300円/回】を頂きます。

※お支払いは次回来院時となります。

 

< 予約時間の遅刻について >

10分以上遅れた場合、他の患者様の診療時間に大きな影響が出ますので【予約取り直し】扱いとなります。

30分以上遅れた場合、【予約取り直し・キャンセル扱い】となりキャンセル料が発生致します。

ご予約時間に遅れる場合は、お早めにクリニックへご連絡をお願い致します。

何卒ご理解ご協力の程宜しくお願い致します。

Canceling Your Appointment

Regarding Appointments and Cancellations

When you make an appointment, we reserve our staff, treatment materials, specialized equipment, and treatment chair specifically for you.

Therefore, we kindly ask that you understand that same-day cancellations, regardless of the reason, will incur a cancellation fee.

  • Please note that changing your appointment date on the same day by phone is also considered a cancellation.

  • Changes to your appointment time on the same day are free of charge only if another time slot is available.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask that you contact us by the previous business day if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation for the smooth operation of our clinic.

Cancellation Policy

​

  • Cancellation by the previous business day: No charge

  • Same-day cancellation: ¥3,300 per appointment

  • No-show (without notice): ¥3,300 per appointment
    (Payment will be collected at your next visit.)

 

Regarding Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may significantly affect other patients’ appointments, and your booking will be treated as a reschedule.

If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.

If you expect to be late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible.
